Christie & Co identifies buyer for hotel development in Sennfeld

The project development of the “Zauritz-Gruppe” at the town entrance to Sennfeld was sold to the Austrian “Mamma-Group”.

The hotel development is located on the approximately 2,000 sqm site of the former discotheque “Pure” in Sennfeld. The budget hotel with 140 rooms over 5 floors was originally planned by the “Zauritz-Gruppe”, which has now sold the project to the Viennese real estate company “Mamma-Group”.
