Christie & Co successfully sold “Forsters Posthotel” to somnOO

Christie & Co advised the owners in the brokerage of the “Forsters Posthotel” in Donaustauf near Regensburg.

The 4-star hotel has 71 rooms and suites, which are comfortable, and individually furnished with attention to detail. In addition, the hotel offers two restaurants, a wellness spa area and function rooms for business and private celebrations. Since its opening in 1994 and thanks to continuous extensions and renovations, the hotel has been able to establish itself as an essential part and quality leader of the Bavarian and Upper Palatinate hotel industry.

The “Forsters Posthotel” is taken over and operated by the Swiss hotel owner-operator somnOO. somnOO already owns and operates over 50 hotels in Germany and France.
