Christie & Co’s Investment team works across our specialist sectors; with their in-depth sector knowledge and investment expertise, they offer a range of transactional and advisory services to property developers, owners, investors and operators. Working closely with the development department, the team is also able to offer our clients constructive advice on creating investments and delivering funding options for new development.
We provide a wide range of bespoke services across all our trade sectors, with a particular focus on hotels, care, childcare, leisure, medical and retail advising on investment sales and acquisitions, sale and leaseback and sale and manage back transactions, Op Co/Prop Co structures, forward funding and forward commitment investment sales as well negotiating standing lease and management contract investment sales on behalf of our clients.
Our client base includes an extensive range of independent, charitable and corporate investors and developers, private equity investors, syndicated funds, institutional investors, pension funds and special situation funds. We have excellent relationships with these investors who value our specific sector knowledge, particularly when considering acquisition or disposal strategies where variable rent structures are in place, or where operational agreement investments are under consideration.
Our team works throughout the UK and Europe across our extensive network of offices, including a dedicated team Asian investment team, focused on attracting inward investment from China and other Far Eastern countries, into our markets.
